To whom it may concern

Please be advised that the claim that was submitted on the 4 February 2010 still have not been paid out to your client, i am complaining on their behalf because we are not getting no joy from any where, you advised your client that they have cover of R8500 for the product that was claimed for. please see claim statement that was sent. Please note that each time i have done a follow on the claim this is the response received

Please be advised that the attached pharmacy claim was referred to our Claims Assessing Department and is currently still in process.

As per confirmed below, the Administrator has 30 days in which to process your claim from date of receipt.

The member will be notified via a claims statement regarding payment of this claim.

Please give your client an answer when you will pay the claim, they need the money to purchase the product again and due to your lack of service when enquiring about the claim the same stardard response is given. you are going to send my grand parents to an early grave due to the stress caused. Please povide feedback to the main memeber Mr VE Naude
